Inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, thefaçade showcases harmonious rhythmicproportions, resulting in a visually balanced and aesthetically refined structure.Thoughtfully designed to shield interiors from the intense southwest sunlight, thearchitecture enhances natural light flow while reducing heat gain, ensuring bothcomfort and sustainability.

MUAR supervised the contractors throughout the entire construction process andsupplied premium-quality materials that aligned seamlessly with the project’s visionand high standards.
